There is a shortage of wheat and barley because of the Ukraine and Russia war. Both countries are the main source of production and supply for the world. Be careful, you never know when they may resort to using sawdust 😂
Yaw made that fish & coleslaw look so good I was drooling 😅 I swear my family is so old school Italian, it used to be hard to get them to try any other kinda cooking. I’m Italian but my hubby is black, & you have no idea how happy I am that he’s slowly converting them over to soul food lol. OMG, Lord knows I still love old school Italian cooking, but I sooooo love soul food! I have discovered that I have a deep love for greens, cornbread, & homemade Mac & cheese 🤣😅🤣❤My husband said I’ve been trying to fatten you up for years & I might’ve found a way to accomplish that lol. By the way, I turned Mia Momma into yaws channel, she’s hooked lol

I work downtown Houston and went to Shake Shack for the 1st time and it was just ok. Went back to the same location last week and got their chicken bites and a cheeseburger.....and IT WAS GOOD!😜It was a little too pink for my liking so I will remember to ask them to cook my burger longer next time. They are a little pricey but the shakes and burgers are yum...the chicken bites too with the bbq sauce not the honey mustard.

Sorry Cannons, I disagree about Krispy Kreme 😆. They are too sweet it is just a sugary something called a doughnut 😆 🤣. Maybe because years ago I use to work for a local doughnut shop in the Houston area and they were so good. What is popular here is Shipley's doughnut. It use to be abouts 20 Krispy Kremes in the Houston and surrounding areas but they only lasted about 3 years. Now there are only two or three. So far Houston they didn't work. But the food looked great. Hope you feel better AJ 🙏.
