This looks absolutely delicious. I’m going to attempt to make duck for the first time after Diwali. I lmove from NJ to South Carolina and I’ll definitely contacting Soogrim for some products because there’s no where to get West Indian products unless I have someone ship it to me. Thanks for sharing another frat recipe ❤️
I know you've shown us how to cook paratha roti. But I was not able to find that recipe. That's the only thing I cannot cook. I want to make about 6 paratha roti. It's just my son and I. I am not sure how much baking powder to use per the flour. Can you please advice. I would really appreciate it very much. I'm in the USA.
Hi Matthew They said to respect everyone ways in cooking really different I respect your Guyanese when cooking you should try cooking duck in the Trinidadian way we prefer to patch the curry and the oil so the curry won't be raw and grainy give it a nice color is Smokey flavor I really don't see any reason to steam the duck in my humble point of view

how much water do you add to the curry paste?
About 1/2 cup (I used it to grind the garlic)
How to make white pudding , sweet n sour chicken, wonton
I will try my best to make those.

Hi there. Search Matthew’s Guyanese Cooking Paratha roti. And it will be there with the description box below the video.

I'm glad you said duck curry vs curried duck.
