      Isn't it a normal 4 part tag being sung in parallel fifths? There are a few tags that work really well.

  • @jakeharvey3582

    I think they're singing this tag in two different keys at once in parallel fifths!! One quartet (Summertimers, from what I can tell) in B major and NF4 in E major! sickkkkk

      It makes quite a lot of sense! So it's not really smart to say this is an "harmonically advanced" tag, this is actually a POLYTONAL tag!

    • @jasonfieler
      @jasonfieler  Год назад +8

      A sad day this is. BHS themselves have copyright-struck each of those videos and warned me that I had to remove them or I'd get a strike on my channel, which is not good. There's nothing I can do to appeal because I was technically using those clips, and it was a matter of time until they found it and/or decided to take them off. From now on it means I have to try and do a combination of original content and videos that use clips from channels that aren't the official BHS channel. It didn't take down all the ones I made, but I wouldn't be surprised if it continued to strike some of the older videos as it finds them. :(

    • @L1N3R1D3R
      @L1N3R1D3R Год назад +7

      @@jasonfieler That honestly, truly sucks, and BHS sucks for doing that. Your videos are nothing but a positive influence on the barbershop community, and BHS should recognize that. You should probably tell your viewers what happened.
