good video! i wish their smaller stoves included the ash grate. currently, I have a Firebox Stove, which is great, but a little small. the grate on the spark is larger, so I may pick one up.
The griddle needs grooves in it to catch the grease.
Wonder if the hybrid alloy stuff rusts?
It hasn’t rusted on me but it is always dry. I would assume that it will not rust.
Any reason you wouldn’t be able to flip the cooking surfaces over and let the gunk cook off?
