Hello - The hat is from the Western Fun Barbie. The plasticiser facial ooze can easily be cleansed with a little dishwashing liquid on a wet cloth and wiped dry. The cloth over the shoes was like the All American - a suggestion of the actual boot which Ken did not have at that time, excepting the vintage ones from the Western Ken and the Pak. The straighter arms are called Shani arms from the Shani line launched in 1993. The Sensations girls' legs have what we call splotches. These can be remedied with art felt-pens from the hobbycraft store. Apply appropriate shade from the set and blend with finger. Allow to dry, and voila. Mattel learned something about their goop from that range, don't you think? Thanks for the interesting show and tell. We all love our trivia. Relax and enjoy ...
I have to agree with earlier comments. Some of your Barbie and the Sensations dolls you just got weren't on their original bodies, hence no spots on the legs. Also the Barbie you show at 5:38 wearing the black dress with the different color trim. I wish someone could tell me what doll line that dress is from? I don't think it's a Barbie dress and I have one too that I got thrifted. I have been curious about it for years! Hope you, your husband, and kitty, have a fun stay-cation.😊
Yes, that's 100% Western Fun Ken and Hollywood Hair Teresa, but with the body swap, as u stated. The one in the black dress has me a little perplexed. I'm thinking 1987 Fun to Dress or Feeling Fun with a body swap, but I'm not sure. The Tropical suit gal is Hawaiian Fun. I'll keep looking as far as the black dress girl to try and come up with something more definitive. Cute lot!✌️💜✌️💜
Nice dolls!
