    Thank you so much! This is the first online resource in which polymers are explained clearly in their non-linear behavior (most of resources focus just on metals or hyperelastic polymers). What I understood is that - although a multilinear plastic model is based on metals theory - it can be used also to model polymers plasticity given that you account for strain-rate and temperature conditions in which your stress-strain curve has been measured. Is it correct?

    Thank you sir. But I have promblem.
    When I define true stress- true strain graphs all points for plasticty in the material definition, the results of the springback are less than the experiment. However, if I define only the line where the plastic strain is 0 (the first line (yield point)) as you describe in the video, the spring-back estimation gets much closer to the experimental results. Is it a correct method to define only the line where the plastic strain is 0? Do you have any other suggestions to increase springback in terms of materia? I should point out that; the material is copper and I am using stress strain curves from other articles. Because the experiment I'm analyzing is not mine.

    Hi sir, I have question when doing abaqus v bending restart analysis, the metal sheet plate return into straight plate after I release the punch, do you have any idea on how it happen?

    if i want use this method to extract stress-strain data. the stress-strain data will not be simillare & there is a fault "the independent variable must be arranged in ascending order" wat should i do?

    Hi Abaqus Acumen team,
    Can you please validate FEM for Hertzian Contact theory for a 3D contact situation ? Being a most prominent theory in contact mechanics field, I find very less tutorials are there for validation in FEM. Kindly give us an nice video tutorial for FE implementation of HERTZ CONTACT THEORY ?

      Sir !! It works thank u very much :)
      When I used 1000points it works from the data experimental.
      I convert the data to table then I used it for abaqus ( I used GetData graph digitizer 2.26 to convert a data to table)
