    One of the most expensive meals ive ever had and one of the best meals i have ever eaten. Was it worth it? every penny. These people know how to cook how to inject flavour and its done so well its impossible to fault ..literally ! .......Once this covid shit is over treat yourself

    The food looks amazing and delicious! However, I just want to suggest getting wireless electronics since the wires are touching the raw food.

    And score your bass shin, it will bulk, or press skin down with a pan. Otherwise it will. Never be crispy.

    What does sea bass taste like? I like the taste of tuna, cod and tilapia but hate salmon and anchovies

      Super taste, like Haddock but nicer. Light taste not fishy.

    He's good but needs to scale back, two types of asparagus?
    With that quality fish like that a simple roast seabass with asparagus, crunchy scallops and and foamy light velooute would have sold me... He is good though, trust your produce young Padowan!

      Gloves please. Band aid takes away from this delicate and delicious meal at the end when handling food.
