Here is the Star Cup. The last course is pretty annoying, but Wario Stadium is fun. The tracks are:

Sherbet Land (reappears in Mario Kart Wii)
Royal Raceway (reappears in Mario Kart 8)
Bowser's Castle (reappears in Mario Kart Wii)

Wario Stadium: Mediocre, it's way too long and boring. Score: 4/10.
Sherbet Land: Meh, it can be annoying. But those PENGUINS are cute! Score: 5/10.
Royal Raceway: The best track in the game! You can even explore Princess Peach's castle! Score: 7/10.
Bowser's Castle: The worst track in the game and Bowser's Worst Castle. It's atrocious. Score: 1/10.
