We have to learn Buddhism philosophy and meditation both.. this two you can learn Buddhist or not it is necessarily. In Kathmandu so many Gumba and Vihara. We have lots of training our wisdom. So many European and American are come to Nepal learn Buddhism. Why we are not doing?? We can do it.. jai Nepal.. Buddha was born in Nepal...❤️❤️❤️

It is very important for us to go on a path of Self Realization. For serious seekers out there, there are other ways to explore like Yoga nindra, Holotropic breathing, Shamanic breathing, Wim Hof's breathing technique, Shambavi mahamudra, Sudarshan Kriya, Breathwork sessions, sanpedro or ayahausca.

Vipassana is all about going to the nature of mind and its impact on the physical level. Mere 10 days can not change everything though it is the initial step for change. Mind habit pattern can not be changed within a few days. Persistent practice leads to the reconditioning of mind. One thing vipassana teaches is you can not escape from your body, suffering is the truth of life.
Thanks for your excellent experience sharing of vipassana 10 days . A typical expression on the path knowledge which lead us to liberty the way to come out bodages of craving and aversion and be in equilibrium with our environment. Own experience is most. Did you mean for the first 3 days you just watch your breath which makes your mind sharp. And from 4th day onwards you observe the sensations arising within framework of your body from head to toes with equanimity? Whatever the sensation you feel whether pleasant or unpleasant, one has to just see it without reacting. The most important part is PRACTICE. Just listening to is not enough. We should always think good thoughts even if it is very difficult. Thank you for spreading good thought. Sadhu, sadhu, sadhu. May goodness prevail everywhere.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I was there in February 2019. Unfortunately I got cold and cough from 3rd day to the end, so couldn’t concentrate but I followed all the rules and complete the session though. Looking forward to attend again in near future. From Australia 🇦🇺

Unfortunately I got cold and cough from 3rd day to the end, so couldn’t concentrate but I followed all the rules and complete the session though.
