Jim Redgate is a highly sought-after Australian luthier, known for his guitars built for artists such as Ana Vidovic, Pepe Roméro and Odair Assad. This lattice-braced model is an exact copy of the guitar that Ana Vidovic plays. Jim Redgate’s instruments have their own sound and touch. The breath-taking volume combined with rich harmonics and impressive clarity of sound are quite unique. The playability is fantastic, and the guitars are relatively light in weight compared to the Australian standard.
We’ve of course heard Ana Vidovic in concert many times playing on a Redgate guitar, but this guitar convinced us even more of the quality of Jim’s work. The honesty and spontaneity of each note, the magnificent volume, the ease of playing, and the unique sound character of this guitar make it an instrument not only rare in Europe, but above all extremely enchanting.

No sabre de musica pero mi intuicion me dice q esta guitarrista, la croata Ana Vidovic, lo hace muy bien y respeta los silencios, crescendos y ralentos, cadencias necesarias, para q la melodia llegue al corazon de la audiencia. I noticed a few mistakes, the d on 3rd fret, on the second string was missed pretty bad! 1:11 towards the ending! I know because I recorded this piece in my studio. and she slopped up some of the bar chords too. But I make mistakes when I record ,0:25 has a bad buzz and I always feel bad, and want to do over every recording; over and over till I'm happy... in a perfect world we are all happy! But, ''Nobody plays guitar perfect all of the time''...period!
You're right, but much better than Tatyana Ryzhkova. Nobody plays absolutly perfect and i love that, because otherwise i would become crazy when i play guitar for my own.
I use to play 3 -4 classical guitar gigs per week! And, getting... ''burnt out'' just goes with the job! ''Elavated Guitartist'' that get fried from playing covers is a symptom of over exposure. These days I write original compositions; that I record in my home studio for ''self satisfaction''! Playing for yourself is very rewarding, and the over exposure ''burn out'' doesn't exist in my world anymore! And I rather be ''otherworldy'' than fit in also! Playing pop classical, pop rock is a major drag! Also all my recordings are 1st or second takes, not bad for somebody who just plays for himself!
El balanceo del vals es muy difícil de conseguir. El cuerpo también tiene que bailar y tener la costumbre de bailar para sentir el "meneo".

You can feel her soft experience and her emotions by hearing how she play. That’s makes you a good player. A computer can play this song, i can play it too.. this is another lever.

In this link I just posted is the way this waltzes are supposed to be played the way MAESTRO and Composer Antonio Lauro intended, with Latin rhythmic feel and expressive soul.The guitarist on the recording is Jesus Castro. The difference from Vidovic's technical flawless but mechanical more classical approach and from Jesus Castro folkloric feel (this is a CRIOLLO Waltz which Criollo means folkloric and not a Chopin type of a classical waltz) , warmth and full of soul is from earth to the moon.Listen to the recording of Jesus Castro and learn the nuances and feel of a true Vals CRIOLLO and how is supposed to be played, that is how I as a Latino have always played them . ruclips.net/video/0QvbmiQGYkw/видео.html
