I still prefer Hallandale Beach Florida more it’s a beautiful city with a growing communities and businesses and a good nightlife.🇺🇸
Oh no. No citrus trees! I didn’t want an orange tree, but I was looking forward to mini lime and lemon trees.
I believe you can ask for a variance from the HOA. Have you decided to move to Mirada or do you already live there?.
@@iLoveFloridaLiving I wonder if the HOA would be ok if the mini trees were planted in pots and not in the ground. I was considering Parrish, FL, but have recently started learning about San Antonio, FL. I’m undecided at the moment on Miranda. Still very much info-gathering. Thank you for your replies!
Between the taxes, hoa and cdd fee, even after paying your house off, you only still have to pay $1500 a month!
hi can you tell me why DR HORTON IS charge 3.5 % for hold a new construction home?
Each builder has their own required deposit amount☀️☀️☀️
We are building there no one has told us this 😢
🌴Bummer! But you must be REALLY excited about your new home ...Mirada is a beautiful community and I am sure you will love it!🌴🌴🌴
None of the that is a deal breaker for me. Moving out of Michigan for a new life in Medley @ Mirada. As always great content from this Realtor. Be down soon.
@@rf4182 I am sure you will love it! If you need a realtor, I am hay to happy to help!
Some developers are opting for these Crystal Lagoons instead of Golf courses for example because they're cheaper to build and maintain plus they're more family friendly.
@@willbygosh4887 Exactly!
Pinellas county area is way better then this area, and they have real beaches there... I would not consider living in this community because the residents of this area are being charged way to much extra cost for something most Florida residents get for free... Nope...!!!
