How’s the diversity in the Mirada area looks like all farm land ?
There was a lot of farm land in this area. Within the communities, it is well diverse. We’ve been helping a lot of different people.
It is also a close suburb of Tampa so that is where your population will maintain come from.
Not a lot of San Antonio locals
Is Toll Brothers coming or building in Mirada?
As of now no. I love me some Toll Brothers though. Their competition is Biscayne in Mirada.
