We went to Madhuri Lake in July Month,the road sides were amazingly beautiful during this rainy season.
The distance between Tawang to Madhuri Lake is around 32km and the road is very good. You will surely enjoy the trip. The Y junction used to rout between Bumla Pass and Madhuri Lake from Tawang.
