Yes, a lot of times Mav is loud and wrong, but he's not on the third imposter level like Luke. I feel like Mav has stopped jumping the gun every meeting unlike Luke who tends to accuse without evident and tries to run every meeting despite being wrong 9.9/10 times.

Basically the Jester's goal is to get voted out. The Jester has to pretend to act like an imposter in order for the crewmates to vote him/her out. If the Jester gets voted out, he/she wins and both the imposters and crewmates lose. If the Jester gets killed or never gets voted out, he/she loses. Its kinda weird.
