Madison is the least Wisconsin city in the state. Everyone is from somewhere else. As a renter you are going to live in an ugly apt building and gouged on rent because the city has sold out to greedy out of state developers. It is projected a 40-70k increase in population by 2040. The quality of life is declining here.

Looking at moving my family to Madison, WI. Coming from the Nashville, TN area, we lived up in Alaska and Washington state while in the military. We miss the winters lol. Madison looks like it has the jobs and schools we need, plus the quality of life and housing prices are considerably better coming from our area. Thanks for your help!

Just moved back to Madison after living in LA for the last 5 years and man has it changed! New roads, houses and business are so exciting to see, definitely gonna have to learn the city again lol. I saw you showing housing options for buyers but what about us renters? I've seen sooo many new complexes and I'm overwhelmed. Would love if you guys toured some buildings or give a comprehensive list of places? Thanks!
