Outlook 2016 Working Offline - Get Outlook Back Online [SOLVED]

Outlook 2016 working offline? Try these tips and see if you can get outlook back online.
Note: this tutorial is specifically for those users who can see that the outlook is in offline mode. You can check this by opening the outlook app and looking at the bottom right corner of the outlook application.
So how to get outlook 2016 working offline to back online?
I've had cases where the outlook is stuck in offline mode even though there is an internet connection on the computer.
To fix this we do the following as mentioned in the video.

👉Open the Outlook app
👉Go to the "Send/Receive" tab
👉Search for the "Work offline" button
👉Make sure it is not enabled, you can try toggling the button ON and OFF
👉Wait for few seconds after toggling the button
👉It should take your outlook online and you should start receiving emails again
We also try recreating the Outlook Profile which helps sometimes if there is a profile issue with Outlook.
