You guys have done a great job explaining the theory. As a newbie to VEX, I will keep this in mind when I design my robots! Thank you!

    Sir,
Is current and rpm and directly proportional to each other ???

Hi there, have a look at the graph at 4:22. Current and torque are directly proportional.

Is it valid for all types of DC motors?

hi hello, i rewind my dc motor from thin to thicker wind coil, it's far Thicker so i only made 8 turns per pole. it's working when no load, when i place the remote car on the ground, it's not moving. please help mw to answer

You have reduced the number of windings, so the maximum torque that the motor can produce has been reduced. In order to produce more torque, you would need to use thinner wire so that more windings can fit on the motor. Careful though, thinner wire has more resistance so will get hotter and might burn the motor.

@@RobertSawrey so what can i do?
do i have to buy stronger Magnet or stronger Battery?

@@yosef-yosef9414 A battery that is rated to a higher current and a larger magnet would help. Be careful though, you may turn your motor into a heater with so few turns. Motors are generally designed with specific speed, voltage, torque and current in mind. You could buy one off the shelf to meet your specific needs.
