There are a couple things I want to note real quick - While I am happy that this update includes free to play players, I just find this as a way Foxie can keep money coming in from BOTH f2p and vip players. It’s just extending the gacha to cover all players & at the end of the day it’s another thing to gamble for rather than earn. I also think that if Foxie truly cared about free to play players, then they would have NEVER added horses with masteries like the shroud and the duskgold Arabian who ONLY vip players can earn through buying gems. Now it feels like they are covering that by saying “here free players! Let’s give you an equal chance” but the “chance” is teeny tiny and only SOME will be able to get it, leaving many to feel left out and wanting to spend money. My last point is that many of my friends have made alt accounts and have pulled a dragon on their first or second pull. This might sound nice but it’s still another tactic to try and pull in new players with an unrealistic expectation that they have a high chance of getting lucky. I hope this makes sense and I just want everyone to know that the reason I don’t like this update is not because I don’t care about free to play players ❤️ I am just tired of the greed behind this game. I am also aware that I have fallen for these tactics before, especially before I got into the competitive aspects of the game and I feel like I have learned a lot about the dangers of it.
These types of game companies are using sickly manipulative tactics to back people into a corner about spending just a 'little bit' of money or falling behind everyone else. It's not a business practice, its inhuman and vile and shouldn't even be legal. Gacha/FOMO game developers shouldn't even be legal.
Foxie is out of their minds if they think they are going to retain players with lack of content, sloppy work and bugs galore, and abusive gachas that are so far removed from high-quality gacha games (Nikki, Genshin, etc.) that they are on another planet. Do they think we don't play other games and lack the ability to compare both content and value?
free 2 plays have a good chance of getting wings and an op horse I’ll give you that, but a 5% chance is crazy, and the 10 pull with ZERO guarantee of the ember flight dragon is also crazy, when will they stop making new horses that we don’t need and finally spend their time in C O N T I N U I N G T H E S T O R Y L I N E
Wow I feel so bad! I got lucky and got the Red Dragon on one 10 pull with a cosmic mustang.... I love dragons I could not resist, but seriously hoping Foxie adds Bronco or some sort of story content

The dragon also has a higher max speed stat than the regular pegasi, and it also has the duskgold arabian's money boost in the mastery list. Pretty good for free to plays, i think.

@@Vivynyx for me too. I am also still a free to play myself. I'm saving for a pull, but my hopes are not high to get it either. However, it is a worthy try for what it gives in my opinion. Something the previous limiteds didn't have for me.

I am excited to pull for this! I would love to fly in game and as a f2play player I really like this opportunity. I would like to have a 10-15% chance more I would not mind to get a new fantasy as well :)

@@Vivynyx I totally get that I am also tired of the gacha but as being free to play this is the first gacha or any update that effects me. I also really want bronco and I think that it is coming soon apparently there are new things added to bronco almost every update which is really exciting!
@@hadleyr-jw9qe I understand that. but imo they aren’t doing this because they care about free players, I think it’s a show to get them to pour money into pulls, I truly know that after you start pulling it’s really tempting to want to get enough gems to do ‘just one more’ (it is the gambling tactic that is used) Before this, there’s not a huge incentive for free to play players to pull because they can just breed a five star and they can’t even pull for a Pegasus. I am glad though that you now have a higher chance at getting a fantasy, I just really think the intentions here are not pure 💗
Sorry you did not get the dragon but we all have bad luck like today I had enough to breed and I got a dupe with the coat that I used Fingers crossed next time maybe it will not let me do the update for some reason but I love the see everyone else enjoying the new update
@Melanies_candy no worries ☺️ honestly I wasn’t too upset about not getting the dragon, it more disturbed me that 27k gems was not enough for one and im lucky I earned those gems. I can’t imagine buying over 200$ worth of gems to not get it. And also just that this is the December update instead of something more fun 😭 ( at least for now ) im glad you are enjoying though :)
