Tortellini Salad alla Maddalena❤️ a summer staple!

My love was exhausted from working all day so I whipped up one of the easiest recipes in the world, Tortellini Salad! Holy deliciousness and remember it tastes even better when you add what you like to it! But try my way first you won’t regret it❤️ there is an infinite number of ways to make this but my way is my famiglia’s favorite and a summer BBQ crowd pleaser❤️ it’s one of my summer favorites because when you are having company in the summer the last thing you want to be doing is inside cooking all day! My only suggestion is always add a little bit of the dressing before fully combining so the tortellini so they don’t break when combining everything together! Side note I passed by this Lobster stuffed Filet of Sole in ShopRites prepared section and I had to give it a try!
