My money would go on the red F40 & a Jaguar E-Type. S1 roadster without question. Or 512 BB, Dino & E-Type. Don't care how much is left. In fact, i'm tempted to up the budget to £2.5m. £1m's not really enough in today's market in my eyes.

The Berlinetta Boxer is beautiful! It's crazy to think that £100,000 would easily get you a 512 BB or a Dino not so long ago. The market for these cars has gone bonkers!

would definitely get a delorean, ff, and one of the older cars. with the new version of the FF being released, buying an older one is only going to go up in value. the delorean has been put back into production and so the same would happen with that. and classic cars always go up. sell in about 2 years time for a massive profit, come back and buy f40, enzo and laferrari, hold on for a couple years, sell those for a massive profit and then retire out to the Bahamas with a hottie

latest 911 GT3, BMW Z8, McLaren 675. And to clarify, i think the Z8 is one of the most beautiful cars ever built and has a timeless design. And i just love BMWs in general.

I like the split strategy, spread the risk, and given your Ferrari preference I find myself agreeing with you. Especially as 90% of all 1st time Ferrari buyers want a RED one.

Living in London, with a million quid budget, I can't see how you don't see the daily driver value of that fiat 500. 982k leftover buys you plenty. That and a Miura would be the ultimate picks of the list. Variety is key to the best car collections.
With 1 milion you can get easily a 500 Abarth, it sounds good doh
***** Oh yeah 18k is overpriced for a classic 500, I'd also get an original Abarth, but it would be an epic london driver. Abarth or not, a classic 500 is worth pennies in a 1 million pound budget, but it would be worth half the fun value of the entire garage.
