I was hoping to see the solution not just talking repeatedly about the problem…we have the same problem but need solutions that’s why we are here. Did the hybrid fan replacement fix the problem or did you need new hybrid cells ultimately?
I had same issue. Just pulled the white cable for 10mins….. it actually worked and my car started. Then I got the system notice again. The car drove but I’ll take it in for service.

I doubt it, this code usually means you have weak, erratic battery modules that need tk be replaced or reconditioned. I am going thru the same experience. I have found 4 bad modules and am in the process of recobditioning the other modules. I do not know if it has worked yet because it is still a work in progress. I know my fan runs normal because I was paying attention to it and my obII reader was saying the temp on the batteries were normal and the fan was running.
No nasty comments here! But people need to stop taking their anger from their car troubles on the guy trying to give them ideas or solutions to their problems!

Need scanner if any codes other egr valve or spp or coils 😅
Did replacing the fan fix your check hybrid system issue ?
The fan was an issue but it turned out to be a Busbar. You can check out all the videos I did of this issue by searching Peter L and Prius.

Mine is doing that. I've got a yellow triangle. Mine doesn't even start(ready). I'm researching now. I'm going to see if the fan is on.

@@bluerabbit1236 inverter coolant pump was unplugged. It wasn't pumping any fluid to cool it down.

Don't understand. If your codes say hybird battery issue why do you feel 99% certain it's the fan. Does that make sense?
It wasn't the fan....I did about 10 videos on it...it may have been partly the fan but it was also another issue...
