I know several cases where people attracted a partner that even looked like what they described on their list, general things like height, eye/hair color, body type. I think it is extremely important to be physically attracted to your partner so not sure disregarding it completely is the best way to go. Of course, character and a person's heart are the most important, but if you're not going to be attracted to them, they will be just a friend.
