REEL Texas Monthly BBQ Fest highlights w Daniel Vaughn and Harry Soo

A few months ago, I worked the Texas Monthly BBQ Festival in Lockhart. Here are highlights of that 3-day volunteer "vacation" assisting setup, crowd control, and helping out. So much barbecue talent and yes, there was enough time to do some sampling of Texas barbecue delights!

This event was a few months ago. If they do it again, be sure to go as it's such a fun time if you like barbecue. Bring a large foil pan and gather all the food first as that's how the pro event goers do it. Don't stop and eat at every booth as there are too many
