Ok yeah but how do I clone the whole system or backup the whole system? Do I need to get Mondo Rescue or something??

Just to clarify, Amazon s3 offer 5GB free not 50GB which makes me sad because I neeed 30gb only and now I have to use another vps just for that.
Could I use ftp and send those 30gb to a shared hosting account with ftp too? I have 300GB there but hosting sites is too slow, and two years paid in advance. If I get banned it won't care, but is is technically possible?
