1. Download or Locate the .ppam File 2. Open PowerPoint 3. Go to PowerPoint Preferences In the menu bar, click on PowerPoint. From the drop-down menu, select Preferences. 4. Open the Add-Ins Menu In the Preferences window, click on Ribbon & Toolbar. Then, find and click the Add-Ins button at the bottom of the window. 5. Browse for the Add-In In the Add-Ins window, click on the + (plus) icon or Browse to locate the .ppam file on your Mac. 6. Install the .ppam Add-In Navigate to the location of the .ppam file, select it, and click Open. 7. Enable the Add-In Once the Add-In is added, check the box next to its name to enable it. You should see the new add-in functionalities appear in PowerPoint.

How do you do it in Macbookpro these add-ins
1. Download or Locate the .ppam File

4. Open the Add-Ins Menu
In the Preferences window, click on Ribbon & Toolbar.
Then, find and click the Add-Ins button at the bottom of the window.
5. Browse for the Add-In
In the Add-Ins window, click on the + (plus) icon or Browse to locate the .ppam file on your Mac.
6. Install the .ppam Add-In
Navigate to the location of the .ppam file, select it, and click Open.
7. Enable the Add-In
Once the Add-In is added, check the box next to its name to enable it.
You should see the new add-in functionalities appear in PowerPoint.
