I was able to tour the MTC this past summer and it was truly breathtaking to see how much innovation comes out of that place. Makes me excited for the opportunities that my engineering degree will provide me once I graduate from college.
I'm a stormwater engineer for a municipality and we use GIS and Arcmap all the time to keep track of our infrastructure and calculating flow paths allowing us to calculate drainage. Really good stuff and very helpfull
Great to see talk on how best to use technology to open horizons and explore new unforeseen opportunities rather than simply using technology to fulfil a singular task.
I'm absorbed in this content. I had the pleasure of reading something similar, and I was absorbed. "The Hidden Empire: Inside the Private Worlds of Elite CEOs" by Adam Skylight
I hope they are looking at technology to detect utilities that are off the charts as well as getting quick access to what the utilities know is down there.
You guys should look at some of the things MIT is doing to facilitate construction in orbit or just in general. Doing a video on that, I'm sure would be just/even more (as) interesting as doing another of your normal videos. It would be a heck of a lot more interesting for me.
Everytime I watch B1M, I feel like graduating immediately and starting my own construction company., 😊
