I want to know about sales after service of BOSCH....I have seen many reviews of service center...they gave very bad feedback...have you faced any problem with this machine, I mean Has anything ever gone wrong? Some part/utensil is not washing/drying properly..is it working smoothly or properly till date?? Because I am also planning to buy but I am confused between IFB or Bosch. please give real answer
Hi Prabha…after sales services of Bosch are not great however after couple of follow ups they did the job well… during one of our shifting there was an error on my dishwasher and that is the time I called for Bosch services. They did the job well but after some follow ups for the required visits.
As far as quality of this brand is concerned I am very happy with dishwasher

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO WASH OR RINSE UTENSILS MANUALLY BEFORE ARRANGING THEM IN THE DISHWASHER, JUST REMOVE FOOD PARTICLES AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE. For e.g., curry leaves
You are right but I anyways prefer to keep rinsed utensils so that I do not have to clean filter very often

Mam ye tea pan machine kha gaya kya..upper ke rack me rakha tha bandh karte waqt...jab open kiya toh gayab ho gaya..month me 30 tea pan kha jayega kya...bekaar me fake video bana rahi ho aap..dekhne wale ko andha samja hai kya

I was 3-6 litre cooker easily and kadai also you can wash the large sized but then other utensils will be limited
Cutlery tray is better than cutlery basket, i assume.

Online stores are showing 12 place and 13 place Bosch machines with marginal cost difference. Which one do you have. Please specify the model number. 2. You showed a cooker. Hi Riyaz! Thank you so much for writing such kind words. Answers to your queries, 1. This is a 12 place setting dishwasher, which is perfect for a family of 4-5 and Indian cooking. 2. This cooker is stainless steel cooker. You should not put aluminium utensils in Dishwasher.

@@dicksontharakan1810 because it has some salts and chemicals which can react with aluminium and make it toxic and erode the aluminium layer slowly and a small amount of that aluminium will end up in your stomach and minimum time is 30-45 minutes in eco mode but it is not useful so run it in auto mode which is 1hour 20 minutes

I facing issue of detergent residue left on utensils after wash it is not visible with eye but when you pour water in the glass it foam bubbles like detergent is still left in utensils facing this for 1 years do you face Same issue or not please tell??

Why u choose borch above LG ? Does it clean your oily kadhai and tea burnt utensils?? Do u have to soak and keep it ??
Hi Varun, I selected Bosch after a lot of research and reviews from my friends who were using it. Now it’s about 2 years I am using Bosch DW and I am very happy with its performance. Yes indeed it cleans oily kadahi but I have to soak hard tea burnt utensils before putting in the DW.

Hi, Very well explained and demonstrated. I had two questions. 1. My dishwasher (same model as you have) has water on utensils after wash cycle is complete. Doesn't it give 100 percent dry dishes? I used finish tablets which were given by the technician who came for installation. 2. The dishwasher came along with a filter, which the technician said was useless and should not be put in any case. He said it was in fact not good for the machine. Can you please help me with these two queries?

Use extra dry setting for perfect drying
I always keep the filter on
I also have Bosch dishwasher for about 3 years please always keep the filter on always and clean it every 2 weeks because removing it will clog all your drains and piping and then be ready to shell out the money for repair and Bosch is renowned for charging excessively for its repairs

Nadia I will recommend to call the service dept of Bosch or the store/dealer from where you have purchased the dishwasher to visit and check the settings

Aapne utensils water se clean karke kyo rakhe hai. Kya ye milk ke chipke burtan aur kadhaiya proper clean nahi kar pata
Filter mein zyada food particles may fansein isliye I rinse. Stubborn spots ko thoda scrub karke rakheinge to behtar safai hoti hai

Hi Deepak… I never tried that DE so can’t comment, but I would suggest you to watch reviews and see if it is fine for a Indian Utensils

Hi there, no salt and detergent are different things. Detergent is for cleaning and salt is for descaling and keeping water salt free

There is no significant hike in the electricity bill.. detergent cost is little
More than regular liquid soap but it cuts off the cost of domestic help completely

No aluminium, iron , and wood can be washed in this.
Tupperware and any plastic container that is DW safe can be washed.

Hi! I did inform about it in the beginning. Outlet pipe is connected with DW from behind and goes under the sink to the drainage

Hi Saru! I have been cleaning these regularly in DW since more than a month now, till date they are intact... but may be if it is about reducing their life it may affect as DW does cleansing on a high temperature

Can we put dishwasher on stand
Yes
I won't buy a dishwasher, for a couple of reasons. Number one, is I don't want to waste water. Number two, I could hand wash the dishes in 10 minutes, and not an hour. Number three, I'm not lazy.
1st- it uses less water then hand washing 11 liters per cycle because it reuses that water and typical hand washing uses 25-30 liters of water
2nd- It's made for working class and elderly
3rd- Of course it's made for lazy people but also for working class and elderly 😉
And in specific cases in which cold water is too cold
