Got a fun one for you guys to try that I learned this year. On the approach to a box or rail pick up your ski and drag the tip in snow. This resistance will spin you and you can parlay that into a Tokyo drift take off but on one ski.
It looks wery good when you do it.. i happy with riding swich and butters,, the rails was always hated... when i see you videos, maybe try somthing next time in the park. Its amazing!
@Stomp It Tutorials So I am 34 years old and starting skiing end of last season. I am already carving and doing black and double black diamonds. Now I want to start doing park skiing but my local ski resorts progression park doesnt have any ride on rails. In fact the progression parks rails are the same lentgh and width is the same as the regular park rails. The only difference is that the progression park rails are like 2 to 4 feet of the ground instead of 6 to 8 feet off the ground. The one jump they have is also horrible in the progression park. Its a super poppy jump thats about 3 feet tall and doesnt have a landing you end up like 6 feet in the air landing on flat ground. Landing on flat ground is so much more painful and impactful to the body (Im 34 years old) that I would actually rather try my first jump on a regular medium sized jump. A medium sized jump being like 4 feet tall with a landing means you go like 4 feet in the air and land on a slope which is more forgiving and only being 4 feet in the air compared to there 3 foot jump with no sloped landing or landing period which means 6 feet in the air! I live in Central NY so my choices are limited for park skiing. What would you suggest I do to progress in my park skills without just sending it and trying it out on regular sized jumps and rails.
If you get a decent amount of snow where you live you can build a rail out of pvc and some 2x4 and put it in your backyard. There are plenty of designs online that are good for progression

Hey Jens, the volume on your latest videos is quite a bit lower than most other videos on RUclips. Especially when you're talking. Maybe look into it?
is it possible to have a job from skiing?..to make money i mean
Oh no, you are not allowed to say ‘mute grab’ anymore! You will get cancelled Jens!
