I agree with notes taking, is a huge improvement. Another advice, is craving to pass that CFA exam. Dont just look at it as studying like in school, but actually improving your skills and craving to improve your skills and your thinking. I believe this really shows you your dedication and passion for finance, if you always crave to become better. It will also give you a winner mentality against those L2 derivative sections xoxo :)
I’ve never related more to a video. Thanks for putting it out there
Thank you for your insightful and positive videos
Thanks for watching!
Very good as always👍
Thanks for watching!
I don’t agree with keeping a limited time for study each day. Rather we need to keep a target for a particular content for each day. No matter what happens it is absolutely important to finish up that part of the curriculum. It might be 1 hour or 5 hours. That would motivate to learn and complete the syllabus with more curiosity and passion. This process wouldn’t need external motivation whatsoever. Pure internal drive
That you for your precious advice,😍
Glad it can be of help.
AJ, Thank you so much! Your content is so inspiring 🤩 I started to prepare for CFA level 1 exam after taking my master in finance (bachelor is in different fields), but I feel that finance is special for me! So, I need to study a lot, your advice about schedule, structure, phone away, “second” job is very-very helpful and inspiring 🤩
Glad the videos could help!
Hey thanks for the video! Can you record a video on how confident where you after each exam about your results!
Oh that's a good idea! I will think about how to structure it.
Damn, these are some sicc edits
Props to the editor.
AJ 1 question for L3 did u read the curriculum word by word? Or u just stick to willey plus the bluebox from curriculum?
I did not read the curriculum word for word. Watch my videos on how to pass the exams for more details!
hi great video? Can I ask what were your reasons for doing the cfa and did you get opportunities afterwards?
Thanks. My company asked me to do it. I'm still at the same company so I didn't use the CFA to change career paths.
@@straighttalks-ajsrmek323 do you think its worth doing to change paths? I am doing a stem degree but want to do finance
@@vm8886 Yea it can be great for that!
The telling people section was so true.. I prefer to stay lowkey, but ppl always be asking so it’s impossible lol
Hard to balance it.
Hi
I am sorry to ask I am 36 years old. Can i take the exam ? Or only people under 30 can do it.
Yes you can do it at any age!
You can! Took my first CFA exam this year at 34, and I passed on my first attempt.
Realising I have made the same mistakes
I love your CFA content.
But your smart you’re a CFA, talk about finance, economics, money etc. I think that’ll help grow your channel & also make you more money. You have an “I can trust you” energy. Use it.
Switching off my phone right now. Sorry, gotta go
There you go!!
I have neven taken your advice nor somebody else's. You go a lonely way through hell.
Why?
what 😂
You repeat yourself, same content over and over again.
Add another topics to your content.
What more is there to say? It's an exam...
