"How to use" -- that's a laugh. No comment what-so-ever on what the buttons are for or how to calibrate the device. The instruction book that came with my device is obviously written by someone who does not know how to translate effectively into English. This video falls way short of necessary information.

Well, 2 years ago I feared such a head press would have infected the next 5 Folks, standing in line, with Covid while they were temperature checked before entering an Amusement Park. I do bring my similar Thermometer unit up to approx One Inch from my forehead during testing.

They automatically go off of low reading when it senses body temperature or a surface temperature , the low signal pops up when an improper reading is done or when the thermometer is first turned on and doing a self scan check.
During the plandemic peek after walking into work in the bitter below zero temp,my forehead would be super cold but the person at the temp check station would scan my forehead with one of these,of course on the spot aligned with my pineal gland. I asked why not on my wrist or neck or even core of my body that is actually still warm. They replied,nope we get an accurate reading this way. When you added the heat pack to the gals forehead in the vid,I knew right then and there they were lying to me.
It seems so wildly impossible to imagine that the people still willfully in a comatose state after a year of this insanity... will ever wake up. I don't know what to think any more... Sometimes I'm certain it's all a mass awakening happening at turtle-speed, and all is perfect; divine timing. Other times... watching zombies in masks, salivating with excitement over the mark of the beast... that's when I lose my ability to hold on to hope... (I also heard David icke speak in an interview about the coming of 6g and 7g! How will humanity survive that?)
I disagreed because people's always made mistake especially when they are tired. One mistake is cause dangerous. Too closed for human contact to each other and Especially worker facing so many peoples

Why not just press against the head because what if the cold air affects it?

For whole body cover with protection and use this is safe but for only use Mask... Sorry to say that is really not safe
