As far as drinking. Depends on the seiyuu and show. Many radios do have drinks towards the end of the year or have Xmas celebrations with food/drinks. There are others that are centered around drinking (Wakamoto Norio had one long long time ago. Kayano Ai has one currently.) But many don't drink on air for reasons (Sakura Ayane's agency has a full STOP on her after an incident on Choroi for example). So it depends on the seiyuu and the occasion or the premise of the show.

I'm reminded of an episode of Kayonomi where Shizuka Itou was invited. She's rumoured to be a wild drunk so I was surprised she was invited to Kayonomi unless she didn't drink anything that episode.

@@Mazryonh Choroi drink incident? Where Yahagi took Sakura to her first beer garden? After that her agency (I'M) made it NG for her to drink on air. It isn't a particularly interesting episode to translate, imo since Sakura couldn't formulate words. Amusing to watch, but not much fun to translate. It was Choroi ep 100 iirc.
Itou Shizuka and Kayano Ai drink A LOT. There are tons of stories about Itou Shizuka's bad drinking habits. Like getting so drunk she when to Ogata Megumi and asked her to take her NOW. Ogata was not amused. I think Uesaka Sumire is also getting there as well.
