Wang Wook's love is so deep it gets buried by many other things. Wang So's love is so strong it's suffocating. Only Wang Jung's love is pure, sincere and selfless. If there's season 2, I'd really love to see Hae Soo and Wang Jung being happy together.
I just finished watching this drama last month. ( I'm soooo late, ikr!!) It didn't hit me when hae soo didnt get to be with the main lead, wang so. but this character, wang Jung. it left me speechless. I was so sad remembering how all this while he was loving her with all his heart but no one knows about it. even on hae soo's last breath, she still thinks of wang so instead of wang Jung who was all this time being by her side. that's tragic. my heart breaks.
Wook- Sincere, doesnt know whether he should follow his head or heart. It ruins things So- Ambitious, aims after what he wants or needs, no questions needed. It makes you feel obligated Jung- There, he will be there for you, if you're drowning he'll drown with you, if you are suffocating he will give you his lungs so you could breathe.
I know soo and Wang so loved each other and their love was beautiful but it was also toxic. I noticed this ever since they first met and Wang so told her that she is his and he will never let her go. He said these multiple times to soo. That's why I never completely rooted for him. Soo really went through all that shit bc of him and stayed with him. Ofc he did a lot for her too but he became selfish in the end when he became the king. He promised her happiness but prisoned her instead. I low key wished soo would forget about him and be with Jung instead. He was the best towards her and loved her genuinely . Wang so kinda forced himself on her. And it always made me feel uneasy.
Hae soo didn´t trust Wang So , thats why the relation went wrong ,Wang So loved Hae Soo intence , she lived in him , she changed him , from a cold hearted man ,to heartfeld person . Thats why he clinged to her , she was a part of his very existence . Jung loved her too , but is was very different , i think Jung was a perfect man for Hae Soo only she didn´t realise it . Her Heart was stolen by Wang So , she could not set her self free . It was the most beautiful love story ever Moonlovers
I watched this drama about 2 or 3 months ago, but every time I think about Wang Jung it just breaks my heart. He loved her selflessly but never got the love he gave her back and my heart just aches every time I think that. Like I cried watching this video it really made me feel like that happened to me.
Spoiled myself before watching the show but still ship this. What is the purest form of love? To love selflessly. I love fire and angst in my ships but then again, pure love is the best kind!💔😭
The saddest part is that she really did forget him but she didn’t forget everything. She just remembered Wang so. Jung never got the opportunity to show that he loved her. Maybe she was with him long enough she’d realise he could actually love her better… the way she got over Wook, she’d get over wang so… it’s just an if.
