I'm in Matera, Italy on New Year's Day. Seeing NTTD locations, yesterday i went to Gravina where the bridge James jumps off is. I felt like David Zaritsky.
Thanks David for all you've done and for the incredible year ahead I'm sure. Thank you for the inspiration for me this year as well, your passion for Bond has been motivating! Everyone in the video has been inspiring, so thank you all, as well as to the entire Bond community, it's nice to have this safe haven.

The 2023 review was great reliving of the events. The teasers for 2024 are now swimming around in my brain.
Crazy coincidence for this year for me was when I saw the video of your Tulum trip hust a few weeks of me returning from the same trip. I too had gone there with it being a Bond type trip so your thoughts on traveling with a Bond minded adventure was right in line for me. A few months later I went to Matera and Rome too. This was my best year for living the Bond Lifestyle.
Nature hates a vacuum and with the lack of theatrical news from Eon, the fandom fills the void.
As a Montgomery County, PA resident, hopefully I’ll be able to attend the PA event!!

Thanks for the ongoing content. I finally got the Navy Sunspel Riviera Polo and had the Blackwell 60th Anniversary Rum for my birthday, both of which I recommend. I read the Charlie Higgson books in 2023, Royal Command is in my view an outstanding novel that dovetails perfectly into the wider literary Bond world. I really hope in 2024 that we finally get an announcement towards the end off the year for the new Bond.

Just curious, did you do an episode when you and your wife were in Mohonk Mountain house? My wife’s family have been going there since 1960’s. I’ve been lucky to be going since the 90s.

I credit you with rejuvenating my interest in 007 several years ago. But I have to admit, while your 2023 was amazing, it was quite a downer for me... and I fear for many others, as well.

I certainly expect more nonsense rumours about future Bond projects in 2024 although hopefully people are now treating them more skeptically given nothing is even in pre-production [tellingly the recent rumour about the next film 'featuring two Bonds-one old, one young' didn't garner much attention and rightly so] but I'm not anticipating any 'official' announcements in 2024 [although I'm happy to be proved wrong!].
Well David other new movie news I'm looking forward to the 60th and 50th Anniversaries of Goldfinger and The Man WithThe Golden Gun which have my 2 Favorite Bond Villains Auric Goldfinger and Francisco Scaramanga aslo I'm looking forward to getting La La Records expanded Live and Let Die and Octopussy Soundtracks and Finally the James Bond Black Diamond trading cards

Barbara and Michael are dead tired and they need a very long rest! ***** By the way, let's do some statistics. 15 EON Productions James Bond films in 25 years(1962-1987). Plus of course 1967 Casino Royale and 1983 Never Say Never Again. And then... Only 10 movies in 37 years(1987-2024)... What a huge slowdown after 1987...........................

Yeah you’re gonna be disappointed, EON clearly aren’t interested in bond right now and haven’t even started working on a script let alone casting a new bond.
I heard that they're casting Jared Leto and that he's uttering Bond's classic line during the introduction..."It's Bondin' Time".
2023 in a nutshell.
EON still wasting time not interested in doing another Bond film.
Babs too interested in her little art house and theatre projects. The one's nobody watches or are aware even exist.
If Bond is going to follow the piss poor films like Indiana Jones, Star Wars then I'll never be interested in another Bond.
