This is so true!! As an Indian who did his bachelors abroad, I completely agree with this!! Kids who do their bachelors abroad end up becoming more foreign/ globally oriented with a touch of Indian left in them.
I'm on my last year at diploma in Electrical Engineering and planning to study in aboard for a BSc or MSc! As the only child in my family, this is a big step.Any advice about studying abroad would be appreciated! When to move will be the wise decision? My current average cgpa: 3.30+

Yes it is possible. Recently came to know that someone with low GPA got into the PhD program.
