The passion between Anthony and Kate was mesmerising !!
I love the energy and comedy of the series overall. The yearning of this couple with two really stubborn minds was legend chemistry.
I don't try to compare the seasons on sex scenes because I think what they did fit really different couples and I don't want to come off as criticizing what actors were comfortable enough to do. I think what they did served the story in each season and that's enough. But the enemies to lovers conflict and the clear similarities between Kate and Anthony (trauma bonding to some extent) plus the heart to hearts with family made me love season 2 when I had not even been aware of season 1 before, and credit has to go where it's due...season 2 was the first Bridgerton season I saw and it will always be special in that way for me.
And I'm so happy that season 2 is successful. No matter how people say it was easy for the actors, that's not how it feels for anyone in the moment and I'm just so happy the difficult scenes went well and they're getting the accolades they deserve after that hard work and stress.
Well the elder one in Royal family, looking after well being and responsibilities, plus as a mother who is also looking for a daughter and son in law that which is important to maintain the royal family names and business. Other then that was the mesmerising love a beautiful couples in season 1 and 2 that was a WOW 🤩 😘

What a load of rubbish to say that because of Johnny's sexuality there was on.y one love scene .
There were actually two love scenes , both of which were beautiful unlike season 1 which were a lot more graphic and unnecessary .

Kathony may favorite of all! I must gave watched their scenes like 30 times on Netflix& You Tube videos! Perfect couple! Johnathan Bailey is amazing so gorgeous & talented! Love Simo e too but love Johnny! So many great stage shows! So excited to see them in season 3 & them starting a family! I would love a whole season of lots of Kathony as she will be vicountess & they r head of the household! I think her and Eloise will be great friends as they r strong women!

Takes major skill to do a natural look that well. They didn’t wear much eye makeup back then. Daphne carried it off very well. However, in later seasons I could see a lot of modern eye shadow on Eloise, who totally doesn’t need that. The blush on Fran might have been too dark, but hey, just my humble opinion. Daphne looked right for the period even though it required much work to have a no makeup makeup look! Kudos on that one.

The series is great but as far as the sex scenes, do they REALLY have to have a scene in there obviously pertaining to a certain proclivity that was against the law in many U.S. states until 40 years ago? Why not just keep the romance and nix the down and dirty stuff? Not necessary.

WRT the love scenes, the screenwriters were respectful of Anthony’s sexuality and showed only one sex scene briefly. His belief in marriage as a obligation only was convincing. They did flirt well, though.

What a load of nonsense saying there wasn't as many sex scenes because of his sexuality, the sex scenes between Anthony and Kate were wonderful and so much worth waiting for, not all bumping and grinding as they were in season 1.
As for Johnny's sexuality, he is one of the most convincing heterosexual actors I've ever seen !!!!
