Fellow Stare starter checking in. o7 Yep, Snare and Scare were down... and coming from the SHA_E angle (instead of our STA_E angle), Shame was also already off the list. We are beginning to run out of S-words! ^_^
I got it in 2. I kept (jokingly) predicting it would finally be STARE today so that I would finally get it in 1 on Christmas. I went with SHARE 2nd because I thought they might have related it to the holiday.
I was using Stone from early 2022 till it was the Wordle in September 2023... and then I switched to Stare (I likely would have gone with Slate but it had already been the answer in December 2022). Hm... if I was a Share starter like you, after the Christmas gift that was Share, I'd probably consider switching to Shale? Just swap that R for L and make sure your second word usually contains an R to make up for that (and a T, if possible). Congrats on the Share Wordle 1!
4:44 as a Stare starter these days (used to be a Stone starter till it hit) my solve mighta looked like that... But I happen to keep a spreadsheet list of every day's Wordle and so I knew it had already been Scare (04/08/22) and Snare (09/20/23, funnily enough the day before Stone hit on 09/21/23!) so I was really only choosing between Share and Spare. And yep, I figured it would be nice and fitting if it was Share for Christmas Day and so got another 2 for the first time in awhile! ;D
