This is my opinion: Pia's victory still the best for me, behind the Bash, negativity from Filipinos she was still able to managed the whole competition. Aside from that unpredictied ang pagkapanalo nya, high-caliber ang mga kalaban. Unlike Catriona, predicted parang walang challenge to me. For Pia's victory shows no matter how hard it is - focus and being resilient is a technic.

ActuAlly, she won because her answer was different. She could have easily described her qualities. But she answered the question by saying she needs to win because she needs the platform to help others.

What I adore about Pia is that she is incredibly balanced. She can be girly, fierce, funny, serious, intelligent, silly, etc. She's the type of person that you'd be comfortable with the first time you meet her. And she has a good heart.

I love Catriona and Pia but when it comes to the final... Pia really nailed it and her last statement was remarkable... Catriona used rhetorical words kaya medyo mahirap matandaan except the silver lining part. Both of them had a strategy and a game plan which eventually paved its way for them to win the crown♥️
Her answer came from the heart. That's what made it so genuine and memorable.

I would say both Pia and Catriona are resilient. They did not give up, rather they did not allow failure such as not having the crown stop them from trying once more. They are both warriors in their own way. I think the only difference is their aura and how they present themselves. I would say Pia is blunt in answering questions and does not sugarcoat like sharing her struggles before winning. Catriona on the other hand is sweet and charming. She tends to be the type of person whom you cant ignore once she starts talking. Very articulate and creative in answering question. Above all, I am proud of them both for representing our country.
She will always be iconic. Someone is always going to remember her and what she said during her competition year. Even Miss Universe 2019 Zozibini Tunzi quoted her in the press conference after the pageant and its been 4 years! Pia is so clever and quick and such an inspiration. People say her success was unexpected, but I think that's the beauty in her win.
Pia is accurate and articulate that's why she really deserve to win.

Nothing to compare Pia and Catriona have two different styles, they both deserve the crown! For me Catriona stood out with the lava walk, she was so confident and gown was amazing. Pia was simple, elegant and her answer to Q&A was memorable.😘🇵🇭👑

Ngayon ko lang to napanood interview ni miss pia, fave ko sa part nato 4:08 pinay na pinay talaga magsalita ee ❤i was just amazed of how the way she speaks and answered the questions very well, she's very observant and natural and the way she speaks it's like from the heart talaga, very humble alam na alam nya talaga mga pinagsasabi nya. And oh! She used the both langauge like 5050. Minsan kasi nakakasawa pakinggan pag ang miss u laging nag eenglish lalo na pag di mo na gets. Hahahah. Peace around the world!

This happened way back 2015 and i'm still mesmerized by her. Queen Pia is my ultimate Miss Universe. She brought back the MU crown with not just a bang but with an unforgettable explosion, "KABOOOM"!!!
So memorable that until now whenever i watch diff. videos of her winning, i stll feel goosebumps and smiles comes out of my face. No joke.
Meanwhile, Queen Cat Gray is predictable at that year. You already know she's gonna win. She set the bar of standard on a higher level, higher to the point that every pageants after her imitated her all the way.
Both deserve our applause, love and respect. Kudos to both of them.
