Sound of silence is itself not the core of existence. Sandeep sir's talks are okay but debatable. I feel like this guy just knows how to speak in public and he likes it. Don't think that sound of silence is god just because Sandeep maheshwari is saying it. In nada yoga, it is said that if you sit in silence, some sounds will be heard which seems to be of no cause. There are 84 types of sounds that can be heard in silence and that's what he is has identified as "sound of silence". Nada yoga has also tells that these sounds are also the surface, not the core. The core is not even silence but nishabd where no sound can exist.
