I havent played in a bit so I am experiencing a bunch of dlc characters for the first time all in a short period of time. What the hell is the deal with Elphelt? She has like... no personality? And I mean it in terms of gameplay. Her most defining THING is that she has a rekka that 'tickles' the opponent but its hard to block. Its pretty sad to see, Im not a fan of her design in the previous game, but at least there she was a Wedding Crazed walking Arsenal all throughout, not just... one special + awkward singer personality during outro and at the end of a few moves that you will special cancel...
Context: Elphelt tried to make Jhonny sign the marriage certificate.
