Arma Reforger - We Caught A Cheater Who Wouldn't Die

So this was interesting, happily playing Arma Reforger on the Conflict Arland game mode. Did we catch a cheater?
We came across someone who seemed to constantly be able to escape us, no matter how many shots were fired at him, or how many people were actually chasing.
When we corned him in a room, we discovered that no matter how much we shot him, he wouldn't die.
Some have argued that this is a bug or desync. But I disagree with that for a number of reasons.
He was able to climb on top of objects within the room and when we blocked the door, he couldn't pass us. To me that rules out the theory that he is somewhere else in the game, yet his character is being rendered there.

Not a cheater, its a bug. Once i became invisble AND invincible in conflict 😂 i could hear the enemy team looking for me while i was standing right next to them meleeing them to death
