Try intermittent fasting,,also try to have your dinner latest 5 pm in the evening after that do fruits and fluids till the next day in the morning do this consistently ...you will see the change ,, again avoid eating then going to sleep immediately, minimal meals helps the body use already stored fat so this helps reduce weight😅
