Please know that you are a legend. You are changing the world for healthcare professionals. Topic that I struggle with has been presented in a comprehensive, integrated and intelligent format. The art work, the cheeky humor, practise questions, all very remarkable. I am glad to be in this era where We have access to teachers like you versus the put me to sleep with countless powerpoint professors. Thank you again so much. May you be blessed multifold for your generosity to share your hardwork, brainwork and your talent to teach so effectively. Hope you may add more Lung physio soon. Thank you so much again.

Stabbage near sternum should penetrate right heart--which intercostal space was violated? R atrial perforation will likely lead to instant exsanguination as venous return drains everything. The MVC victim has a pulmonary contusion evidenced by CXR and deteriorating ABG values. Help dry him out with diuretic treatment and fluid restriction and continue to monitor pro-BNP and CXR for status changes. Sternal malformations are usually congenital midline development problems. And finally, from a respiratory therapist who wishes all residents would view every one of these videos, THANK YOU and special thanks in this case to Dr. Joe.

WOW 😁. That shows how you can even make a word look interesting which I would like to ignore in complete black and white presentation by my professors.🤐🤐
Thank you and Dr Joe 😄
I believe that huge generation gap between the students and no doubt very experienced teachers makes teaching complex. I adore my professors for where they are and how they reached there but sometimes it's very hard to understand even easy topics. 🙄😕

I suddenly remembered I subscribed to your channel ((since a long time ago)) and clicked on this video randomly, just wanting to know what medicine students learn because I really wanted to be a doctor. And hey, I quite understand everything you say, and I'm super fascinated because if a 17 yr old student could understand your lectures, imagine how helpful it must be to medicine students!! Thank you for "installing" this perception of "medicine is easy" inside of me, I love how you teach!
