Barry married Miss Edinburgh 1967, Miss Linda Grey. They have 5 kids and I believe at last count 8 grandchildren. On Sept. 1st Barry will be 75 yo. and it also their 51st Wedding Anniversary! What a blessed life!
Barry and wife Linda are celebrating their 51st wedding anniversary and Barry's 75th birthday on Sept 1, 2021. He wanted to wed on his birthday!! They have 5 kids and 8 grandchildren.
I love the Bee Gees. I have been privileged to have listened all my life. They have so many great songs....Night Fever....Man in the Middle...Come on over... You should be Dancing.... Nights on Broadway... To love somebody...Got to get a message to you... so so many. Love your reaction you seem to be happy when listening. Yes they were all married all were married twice but their second marriages were lasting. Barry is still married this year will be 51 years. There is a HBO documentary on their lives it's called How do you Mend a Broken Heart a very good film to watch very informative. God Bless you and your family!!
All 3 married very young and divorced a couple of years later. All 3 remarried and had long marriages - in Barry’s case half a century! Andy got married, fathered a little girl and divorced - don’t think he married again, but I guess he didn’t have time as he died so young.
this takes me back to so many memories. In thre 70s, as a dancer I did a floorshow to this song, a disco tango. My family know this is what I want played at m funeral. My favouriute song ever. Have a listen to their New York Mining Disaster 1941 song. Its stunning and got them into the american market
Devin, I love your great, genuine reactions to this sublime music---loved the Gibb brothers' music since my childhood!---and your wise words. Can you do a reaction to Emotion, one of my favourite Bee Gees' songs. Cheers.
This was one of the most popular songs from Saturday Night Fever, need to watch and react to the movie if you haven't. Also Fanny Be Tender is my favorite Bee Gees song, please react to that one, I'd appreciate it.
They had an early agreement that she would always travel with him, so she would never have to wonder. You need to try out some of Barry’s lines on your wife:) Women love sappy stuff!!
You should watch Saturday Night Fever. The Bee Gees wrote almost the entire soundtrack, even songs for other singers. The movie and the soundtracks stayed at the top of the charts for more than a year!
You should watch you should be dancing if you would like to see the fourth Gibb brother. The baby Andy. He passed when he was young. My guy loves this song. You should also listen to Minnie Riperton loving you. She could sang😍
Yes, all 4 were married at one time. Andy was divorced, but would call his daughter. And the other 3 brothers were married once before finding their soul mates. Barry has been married over 50 years.
All the BeeGees had long marriages. Both Maurice and Robin were left wives and children when they died. Maurice was married to Yvonne and had two children a boy and a girl. Robin was married to Dwina, when he died, and had three children. Barry was married to Linda had 5 children and 8 grandchildren. I am writing this in 2024. I believe Linda, Barry's wife has now passed on, too. RIP.
You need to listen to this same song by the old school group Tavares! Their version is amazing! They also had classic disco songs- Heaven Must Be missing An Angel and It Only Takes A Minute Girl!
Listen to some of the 60s stuff too please. They have more top 10 hits than anyone ever. They are multi instrumentalists and wrote lots of hits for others too.
Grayson Hugh "Talk it over" "Bring it all back" Henry Lee Summer "Wish i had a girl' Jude Cole "Baby it's tonight" "Time for letting go" "House full of reasons" Curtis Stigers "Never saw a miracle" "You're all that matters to me" Joshua Kadison "Jessie" 'Beautiful in my eyes"
FYI......They didn't call it disco they called it dance music. They were so popular and you heard them everywhere until one day at a ballpark in Chicago The Bee Gees became the first victtims of cancel culture. The ballpark advertised it as "disco is dead" day and people brought their Bee Gees albums and smashed them leaving a massive pile of broken records on the field. The Bee Gees said at that point they couldn't get arrested nobody would play their music on air so they stopped creating music for a while. It was disgraceful and they carried that hurt with them all their lives.
February in 1988, Gibb had seemingly beaten his drug addiction, regained his health, and was ready to begin recording a new album. However, he still battled depression over his breakup with Victoria Principal. According to Robin Gibb, his brother "just went downhill so fast... he was in a terrible state of depression". On 5 March 1988, Gibb celebrated his 30th birthday in London while working on the new album. Two days after celebrating his birthday, he entered John Radcliffe Hospital in Oxford complaining of chest pains. At around 8:30 am on 10 March 1988, Gibb's doctor informed him more tests were needed to determine the cause of his chest pains. Shortly afterward, Gibb slumped into unconsciousness and died as a result of myocarditis, an inflammation of the heart muscle caused by years of cocaine abuse that fatally weakened his heart. This diagnosis was supported by William Shell, a cardiologist who previously treated Gibb.
They were blackballed for thirty years - people hate them because of the disco attachment. They were bitter to the end, and in the end, people now realize what geniuses they were.
I would say 10 years. They made a come back in the 80s, but it never matched their 70s popularity. They did not mind this because that level of popularity could be scary, and they all had wives and children to protect.
Love your Bee Gees reactions, but enough chair dancin. Do “You Should be Dancing” and get up out of that chair & show us what you got! I defy you to stay seated!

The Bee Gees don't have any bad songs. They are the best. Thank you

He still smiles at her when she’s in the audience.

The Bee Gees are so amazing…so versatile

This song is on the soundtrack of the film ‘Saturday Night Fever’…they almost wrote all the tracks
Devin, I love your great, genuine reactions to this sublime music---loved the Gibb brothers' music since my childhood!---and your wise words. Can you do a reaction to Emotion, one of my favourite Bee Gees' songs. Cheers.

It isn’t sappy though - it’s heartfelt and gorgeous ❤️
I love your reaction so much..thank you to love the Bee Gee ..they 're the greatest song group on the 20 th...❤❤❤❤
One of the best Bee Gees songs! 😊
They wrote this entire album Staying Alive as the soundtrack for that movie in less than a week.
Excellent reaction!!! I like how you implement Jesus into your reactions, as well. No shame. Great job.
You should watch Saturday Night Fever. The Bee Gees wrote almost the entire soundtrack, even songs for other singers. The movie and the soundtracks stayed at the top of the charts for more than a year!
Remember all these classic group here listening to No auto-tune you had to be good to hit the radio
Love this song!♥️
I love how they sing to a woman not about women... about love. In a pure way❤
When I hear any song from Saturday Night Fever, I always remember that particular part in the movie.
They knew the perfect words to sing to a woman!! This is when men talked to women not at them!!! ❤️❤️❤️
Absolutely love your reactions to the best of the best try kiss of life and I surrender in there later you are so respectful 👍🏼👍🏼💕
Gibby you need a white polyester suit with a gold medallion and do some disco moves
Sung in the movie by the group Tavares. Bee Gees usually still recoded what they wrote for others.
The film was Saturday Night Fever starring John Travolta ! 💃☮️
Awesome reaction!!
Kool and the gang. Cherish will get ya!!
Still remember the dance scene this played in for Saturday Night Fever. Good movie.
That would be "The Hustle"
Is this great music, or is this great music??
Love how you react and love the music! Shows your love of real music, voices and instruments!
Saturday night Fever was intended as a low budget rehearsal for Grease. Featured unknown actors.
But the music made it a block buster.
I love it
I have to say young man I can sure tell by watching you that you're full of Jesus you love the Lord that's very obvious that's great so do I.
You are so funny!! I love you!!! I especially love those Sig Sauer and Trump Train posters!!!
WWG1WGA
They actually wrote a bunch of songs (hits) that others sang because people associated them so much with disco.
Well, your reaction and connection to this music leaves me with no other conclusion than your spouse/future spouse will be a lucky woman/guy.
Bee Gees banda afinadissima! Maravilhosos! 👏👏👏👏👏❤❤❤🤩🤩🇧🇷
They’re best disco song is You Should Be Dancing.
I just cannot wait for your reaction to Tragedy. It’s my favorite song by The Bee Gees
See you later 👋
Love it! Love it!!!! Thank you!!!
wow! love this!
You should watch you should be dancing if you would like to see the fourth Gibb brother. The baby Andy. He passed when he was young. My guy loves this song. You should also listen to Minnie Riperton loving you. She could sang😍
Devin check out Piers Morgan’s interview with Barry Gibb to learn about the Gibbs. I think you will enjoy knowing the history.
Lovin your reactions to the Bee Gees Devon.
Hope you can get to “Jive Talk”, it’s a little different vibe from those you’ve done, but just as awesome.
Have you heard ot the movie "Short Circuit?" This song was used in that one. A bit more child friendly than "Saturday Night Fever."
The best songs ever
Barry and his wife 51 year wedding
Is coming in September 1
pure romance on this one :))))
You should be dancing by Bee Gees w/Andy is a must
Yes, all 4 were married at one time. Andy was divorced, but would call his daughter. And the other 3 brothers were married once before finding their soul mates. Barry has been married over 50 years.
Love Your Reaction, Bro 🙏
A great song to react to is Procol Harum "A whiter shade of pale" live in denmark. Thats the best version. Keep up the great vids🤟
All the BeeGees had long marriages. Both Maurice and Robin were left wives and children when they died. Maurice was married to Yvonne and had two children a boy and a girl. Love your Bee Gees reactions…..but having second thoughts about subscribing after seeing the “get on the train” sticker😳!
Sticker is gone now... Lol
Appreciate it!
Great, thanks!! 💙
You MUST see the movie!
Oh the joy of knowing Jesus.
You need to listen to this same song by the old school group Tavares! Their version is amazing! They also had classic disco songs- Heaven Must Be missing An Angel and It Only Takes A Minute Girl!

🎶🎶🔥🔥🔥🔥🎶🎶💯💯
Listen to some of the 60s stuff too please. They have more top 10 hits than anyone ever. They are multi instrumentalists and wrote lots of hits for others too.
May I suggest, Fanny be Tender. Mrs Gibb senior's fav song of her sons
You need to do Love So Right. It was before Too Much Heaven but shows off Barry's falsetto the same. You won't be disappointed.
You need to go back to the 60’s and check out Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons. “Sherry Baby”, Big Girls Don’t Cry” or “Rag Doll”.
All were married. All were family men. Barry especially , he said he did everything for his family. See my previous comment and link about family.

Night fever pls
They were blackballed for thirty years - people hate them because of the disco attachment. They were bitter to the end, and in the end, people now realize what geniuses they were.
Was it really 30 years?
I would say 10 years. They made a come back in the 80s, but it never matched their 70s popularity. They did not mind this because that level of popularity could be scary, and they all had wives and children to protect.
Why is there always that one down vote on Devin's Reactions ??? Shame Shame Shame SMH !!
