Everyone knew Sean’s speed, footwork, and precision was too much to fight as he typically does. And on top it was pointless fight as chito didn’t deserve a shot. Merab was number one, and Cory would’ve been better than chito

Whether or not he should’ve fought Chito, it worked. That knee goes on the highlight real, and he was so sharp in the first 3 that they seemed levels apart. And he showed more educated fans a full length display of his skill that you couldn’t really deny. Maybe Chito was a “lay up”. But I don’t think so. Chito has knocked out some top guys.

These "going up" is all about the money, not "the challenge" as they say for the camera. Moving up is a huge PPV, plus he does not risk his belt so another PPV is guaranteed. Instead, if he fights Merab and loses, it is only one PPV (and not as big). So... we are talking millions of dollars of difference. Easy to understand why he wants to go up.
