In this week's film, Clinton looks at the benefits of Social Prescribing which is a means of connecting people to activities, groups and support that can improve #healthandwellbeing . He focuses on 'green social prescribing', an approach connects people with nature-based interventions to improve their #wellbeing and #mentalhealth . He also joins staff from the Quantock Landscape Partnership Scheme taking part in #outdoor activities.
