Hey all! It's been awhile! Been really busy & absent from RUclips for awhile, but I've since returned:) Apologies if content has been few and far between lately. My channel suddenly dipped off the internet grid so to speak during the start of the year and its also been difficult figuring out fun uploads to do. Not giving up tho as I'm simply just here for your enetertainment, as numbers of subs doesn't really matter that much to me anyway;) I simply aim to make your day & hope all of you have a wonderful conclusion to this year! What a blast from the past! This game will always hold a special place in my heart, and honestly, it's pretty tough! Some of my fondest memories are of playing this game with my brother growing up, and the feeling of satisfaction when I could finally beat some of the levels on my own. I know people always talk about the music of this game - and for good reason! - but the sound effects are equally incredible! For instance, that "shhheeow" sound as you fly beneath arches or close to structures is a subtle, yet satisfying part of the experience. It's easy to overlook stuff like that when playing, but when watching someone else, you can really tune in on the little details! I have to say, your gameplay is tight! I mean, I wouldn't have expected anything less, given your genuine love and passion for the game, but it was still quite impressive to see! And the setup you have here is great, with the game font being used at the top and bottom of the screen - a very nice touch! At first, I wondered what kinds of things might look nice on the sides of the screen, but honestly, leaving them black really works, and helps keep the focus on the gameplay. And man, I love your positivity in both the description and in your comment! It warms my heart that you do this all for the enjoyment of your viewers, and the genuine gratitude you have for your community comes through clear as the night sky! 🌠 Also, if I may insert a bit of a (shameless) plug for my friend, GlitchmanVGM... he came out with a cinematic video recently, and I instantly thought of you as someone who would really find it powerful and enjoyable! RUclips seems to Nova Bomb comments with links in them, so I'll just recommend his channel to you. Hope you're doing well, Andross, and I'm excited to continue watching this series! :D
