    Hi and thank you for this tutorial. Unfortunately I was not able to find the graph in the zip file that I downloaded from GitHub. can you please let me know how can I find the graphs and the LUT file? Thanks for your answer in advance!

      Hello Kaveh - sorry for the delayed response - (Strangely, I do not receive alerts when someone comments on my videos). Were you able to find it? it was mentioned in the video at 12:10. when you download the script from github - it will be present in the aux data folder.

    Hello Sir, thanks for your video. Im in the preprocessing part but i am receiving "Error: org.esa.snap.core.gpf.graph.GraphException". Also, the source bands in my subset, subset_sun_zenith and subset_reflectance are empty (nothing is listed). Futhermore, i cannot edit or change or write anything in the bandmaths_mask tabs (expression, target band and target band type). Sometimes I also receive error in the expression. Please advise.

      Hello Abdulrazzak, these issues are common - which is why I made the video outlining a way to do the study in a seamless manner. In case you haven't seen the video from the beginning - my suggestion is you can watch it - it will inform you about the common mistakes, glitches and workarounds. Alternatively, please refer to the SEN-ET community forum. Alternatively, there is a revised SEN-ET tutorial which, if you follow methodically, will help you to do the workflow without any error - can be accessed from step.esa.int/docs/tutorials/Technical%20Review%20of%20USER%20MANUAL%20FOR%20SEN_ALL_S2_S3_05032022_final.pdf
      The graph exception error typically occurs when the script is not correct - open the graph in a notepad to see where the files are being saved and whether the nomenclature of your source files and WKT subset are proper. Empty sun zenith and reflectance files imply that you've not done a previous step properly (either pre-processing or your raw files) - or your graph may be outdated / redundant. Hope this helps.

      @@mapmyops what about the "quality_scene_classification" error when pre-processing in the BandMaths_mask tab?? i am getting that too

      @@abdulrazzakdoughan5215 the BandMaths_Mask is auto-generated by the script. why are you making any manual adjustments?

      @@mapmyops true it is auto-generated. I am not making any manual adjustments. in fact i cant edit/press the expression it doesn't allow me.

Understood. i think both: the issue you are facing over here and the one that you had posted on SenET forum yesterday indicate to me that a) either you are not using the correct/updated scripts or b) you may not have configured the SNAP-Python linkage properly. Can you check once again? Have you downloaded the updated scripts and / or installed it in the right folder tree?
