Hello Abdulrazzak, these issues are common - which is why I made the video outlining a way to do the study in a seamless manner. In case you haven't seen the video from the beginning - my suggestion is you can watch it - it will inform you about the common mistakes, glitches and workarounds. Alternatively, please refer to the SEN-ET community forum. Alternatively, there is a revised SEN-ET tutorial which, if you follow methodically, will help you to do the workflow without any error - can be accessed from step.esa.int/docs/tutorials/Technical%20Review%20of%20USER%20MANUAL%20FOR%20SEN_ALL_S2_S3_05032022_final.pdf The graph exception error typically occurs when the script is not correct - open the graph in a notepad to see where the files are being saved and whether the nomenclature of your source files and WKT subset are proper. Empty sun zenith and reflectance files imply that you've not done a previous step properly (either pre-processing or your raw files) - or your graph may be outdated / redundant. Hope this helps.

Understood. i think both: the issue you are facing over here and the one that you had posted on SenET forum yesterday indicate to me that a) either you are not using the correct/updated scripts or b) you may not have configured the SNAP-Python linkage properly. Can you check once again? Have you downloaded the updated scripts and / or installed it in the right folder tree?

I usually watch RUclips content at 1.5x or 2x speed but when I was introduced to Saleh, I was happy to relish it at 1x and even 0.5x at times. I find what he says to be very profound, hence this compilation.

That's what I thought when he joined Ghani. I thought he is so smart and outplay any shit Ghani would throw at him. But as time passed it was clear that he was the one being played. His intelligence was exceptional but Ghani made him his own puppet who's hungry for power. As Ghani used to always say, "I make leaders". Then Ghani brought in Muhib which was a big shock. Muhib was given more authority and influence than Saleh which personally made me angry. Saleh might have felt the same. My point is Ghani poisned and ruined Saleh's character and reputation like the other so called leaders. Alas Saleh fell for that.

The resistance 2.0 could have been bigger if people could still trust Saleh.

@@JafarHusseini Yes, this is a classic case of Politician King and Dutiful Commander. History is replete with instances where commanders, by the very nature of their role, have to comply with the orders of the kings. That doesn't make them any less a capable commander, though. I can relate to what you are saying and I'm sure Amrullah would have tried to navigate this difficult situation for a pro-Afghanistan outcome. However, you must also consider that internal conflict of any kind would have exposed the tenderness of the new Afghan govt. which critics and enemies would have, most definitely, taken advantage of. As a result, Amrullah may have felt it necessary to suppress his disagreements, so long as the outer facade of a working govt. was maintained. To quote from my favorite song - "When the future's architectured by a carnival of idiots on show, you'd better lie low".

Interesting perspective. However, Saleh personally wasn't in power till the latter half of the last decade. Yes, his constant pakistan bashing seems a little ungainly at times, but then you can also say that he is always 'consistent' in his narrative. Also, he was opposing his own government and the US for being too 'lenient' with the Taliban and its backers - Pakistan. Nonetheless, his credentials as an intelligence chief is remarkable which makes him a relevant voice coming out of Afghanistan. Also, he is blessed with supreme logical reasoning and communication abilities which makes him stand out.

@@mapmyops He is a smart fellow and one of not so many vocal stand outs in Afghanistan. I believe its very strange for the US, NATO and Afghanistan combined with all the billions of dollars to no be able to stop the taliban which doesn't have the infrastructure, money and military/air strenght of the likes of the US. Besides the fact that it is extremely difficult to control a terrain like Afghanistan with its diverse groups, the Afghan goverment has failed to assimilate all the different groups into one entity which is mainly due to their affiliation with foreign powers like the USSR in the 80's and the US now. If you want to solve this conflict the elites of Kabul have to let lose of their affiliates and join the table of all the parties involved in Afghanistan which includes the taliban and former cold war warlords which also have a great following amongst their people. This whole super hero war stance hasn't generated much in the past 20 years and although the shadow of the past is a big one, the only way to come to a peace agreement is to give in and take back in a negotiation setting. Saleh isn't willing to solve problems because in this way he can keep hold of his posistion. He brings out a narrative which is easy to absorbe for its followers: blame XYZ and keep the Afghani macho image intact. Imagine him giving in and joining the peace table with the taliban. He would lose face and this Afghan hero image would get damaged. At the end of the day the Afghan elites will go to bed and the people will stay awake in fear of their death. An unacceptable but true face of this conflict.

Right, that Taliban has escaped annihilation so far is a mystery to me as well. 2 possibilities are there which holds some merit - a) because of their guerrilla style warfare, it is difficult to identify and contain them. They do not wear the badge of being a taliban militant the entire day - rather, they 'activate' when directed and resume their normal lives within the society otherwise and b) there is an endless supply of foot-soldiers coming from the safe havens from Pakistan. Saleh maintains that as long as the Taliban heads are not dealt with, there will be a perennial supply. I do not think that US, NATO forces are incompetent - just that Taliban were in dormant mode - smart of them to do so. I agree when you say that Afghan govt. was unable to bring the diverse factions and warlords on-board. This is Afghanistan's central problem - its ethnic diversity. That being said, Saleh maintains that this time, with or without US support - they (entire Afghan anti-Taliban civilians) will be able to unite and resist as they are 'wiser' from their earlier experiences. I don't know much about the elites in Afghanistan. Quite possibly, they are corrupt, power hungry and have vested interests as you suggest. But I do not have an iota of doubt that Saleh is not an elite by that definition. He is a combative personality who knows what is the best for Afghanistan as a nation. He has not run away from Afghanistan (yet) and has survived many brutal assassination attempts as well. And he has come on record to say that 'he is willing to suppress his personal feelings towards the Taliban (that of intense hatred) to have a peaceful settlement for the best interests of the nation. Also, he has kept the door open for Pakistan to mend their ways and help in cooperating in this situation and direct efforts to build Afghanistan.

I think this is because he feels that out of all the countries, pakistan has to cop maximum blame for its actions or rather, inaction against Taliban leadership.
