The tribal thing is so true here in Zimbabwe as well. There are particular areas where we know people are hardworking, honest and good with taking instruction
I think picking someone to hold a position on the bases of productivity is a paramount for the success of the business, and should not be misconstrued for ethnic bias. Incredible! We also have people with different work ethics based on their region of origin here in Ethiopia. The best you can do is mix them up and see if that awakens those with sleepy career ethics. Always good to follow your updates.
Dr. am from West Nile & planning on starting up an agric project back home. Am sorry but yes, the 2nd. point rings home for me. My Moyo p'ple aren't workaholic enough imo. Where do you find yours? Kabale?

I haven't had our monthly meetings for 4 months now and it is really disturbing me.! My company handles a job for one of the biggest banks in Nigeria and I discovered all their managers hold a Monday morning meetings! Every Monday all the managers sit to discuss their target for the week! And no wonder they are the biggest bank in Nigeria. Meetings are very very important
Dr pls can you recommend a farm in Nigeria where we can get Quality chicks (especially Northern Nigeria). we usually buy it from South but before reaching us the chicken are really stressed and so the rate of mortality is too high even with all the vitamins and other drugs administered, we hardly secure half of the chicks (mostly secure 400 chicks out of a thousand plus) and we really loose alot of money as we pay for transportation, your videos has helped us alot in improving our biosecurity, feeding and statistics and lot more, so it help in reducing the rate of mortality. Pls even if you cannot recommend a poultry Farm for us bcox u are not from Nigeria, help us with a video discussed vividly only how to treat a really really stressed day old chick to atleast reduce the rate of mortality and lastly it's advisable to buy a fertile broiler eggs from a farm and bring it down to my town to hatch it to avoid lost due to stress. I hope i will get a feedback from you. Thank you Doctor, indeed you are a blessing to poultry farmers that are coming up in the entire Africa.
Good workers...How to get them? 1know what you want 2 you've got to look from particular areas. 3. I never hire ladies. 4 set rules and roles at.the satrt. 5 offer everything they need on the farm .6 Always explain why you are telling them to do something. 7 Don't compromise with theft 8 Be qick to fire 9 Do consistent meetings on the farm. 10 Treat the good one's like Gold❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks a lot. On the other side of the coin , I know that you prepared this video after we ridiculed you for sacking the the other employee when your goats and sheep were attacked by dogs.
Wow! I'm thinking this may not be the most appropriate channel for this kind of feedback. Please try to use a more appropriate channel. I doubt if you were trying to de-market him but using this platform may portray what you didn't intend.❤

I think building systems and good relationships with workers is so crucial. Thanks for not getting tired of encouraging us.
with the good ones, i mean the good workers are treated good not as same as others workers who are not faithful with there work
but i know by experience if you value you worker so much then they wont listen much. there you need to fire them
