As someone who lived in Manchester for a long time and now visits the city periodically, I can’t believe the pace and level of development. This video really shows it.
Revolting the English still haven't a clue how to "green" a city without it having to be designated to a park eg:- tree lining a street & flower boxes etc is far too exotic for them ....take a leaf out of keil Germany etc etc .
